As a web host veteran, free hosts are just a pain in the butt. Period.

Trust me, they're never free for long; whether it costs you time to spend on their ad-filled site or your own personal pages magically disappear after a few months of being on their servers. A few dollars a month is worth escaping a mess of headaches! Trust me!!! Been there, done that more than I wish to recount.
