Article directories?
Are article directories a waste of time. I have noticed that I do not show any back links from any of the directories that I have submitted to over the last year. Any one else the same?

Yes submission accepted, they used to show as links but recently have stop showing as links on Google. I have also checked other web design sites and it seems to be the same.

I don't have any experience of submitting to directories, so unfortunately I don't really know
 I have a web page that reached #1 Google rank for its subject ("badminton grip"), but I found hardly any back links. *shrug*
