Unhappy Golive help for a beginner!

Hi all,

I was hoping someone could help me out. I am a total beginner (have foolishly strayed from print design), I'm trying to create a html email with Golive. I have managed to slice the images up and get them in along with a block of text.

I was just wondering if you can control the space after paragraphs. A line break just starts a new line with no space and a return gives too much!

Also is there any way to control the leading in Golive?

Thanks in advance

Re: Golive help for a beginner!

Never worked with GoLive ... not really a good idea to WYSIWYG - Using Dreamweaver and the likes

You need to use CSS and apply margin to the p element. Something like

Code: Select all
p {
   margin-bottom: 5px;
}
Elements have default properties assigned but you can use CSS to set your own.

Thanks Karinne, I've decided to hand code it now.

Wish me luck!
