problem accessing page

Hi guys,

We have a site and are having trouble viewing it and getting in to the admin side of it. However if we try and access it from another network connection even if it is the same computer then we can get in to it no problem.

Every time the page is tried to view it times out. So we pinged the website and got this:

After this i found out i could trace it to see where the problem is. However being new to all this i dont really understand it and wondered if anyone could lend a helping hand??

How about contacting your host with this problem!? They would probably know what's going on?!

no it is not a forum, it does have one in it though.

I have spoken to the hosting site an my isp but both refuse to accept responsibility saying it is working fine.

Which it is but just not from my network at home.

any other ideas??

Hmm, okay so this is a local network issue. Ummm, well I guess you could try checking your ports.

Wait, first unplug the network and plug your system in directly to the modem. Then if it works you know for a fact it is your network, not the ISP or the website host. Let us know what happens!
