I got a question I've figured out before but the answer is lost to me.

My work wants to create an automated mailer on a ASP server. It will query a database and send out emails for a newsletter.

Before, we used the built in windows scheduled tasks on the server to do this. However, I can't remember how we did it.

Does anyone have an idea how we can do this?
A better way?

Maybe ASP.net can do it?
