Well I have actually pvt Rob last week but no response. I have one other guy that I know and trust but he is a friend and I hate working with friends. He gives me advice from time to time and usually we just talk about everything else. so I don't want to ruin that relationship.

My worst fear of course is hiring someone and then finding out they did some type of black hat technique "to make us happy".

Yeah I totally understand about those key phrases. We have a couple of key phrases - but they are not typed in all that much. I am happy though - I have not done anything to get to that.
