CSS Sticky Footer problems
Ryan ... I'm having problems with your CSS Sticky Footer code.
If I add a padding to my footer and adjust the height, I get a scrollbar http://freewebs.com/karinne4/ The original height is 40px but I added a 10px padding-top, so I adjusted the height to 30px and I still get a scrollbar.

With the footer at 30px height and a vertical padding of 10px, the bottom margin needs to be -40 pixels
