Help needed to slice a site (Simple layout)

Hello all,

Im in need of a bit of assistance in slicing up this simple site that I have put together this afternoon, just not sure how to go about it really.

Here is a link to a piccie of what the site will look like, its all made in photoshop and all elements are there in layers.

web.jpg

As you can see ive annotated it to show more directly what I want.

If any one could provide any assistance i'd be very greatful, or if anyone thinks that they can slice it for me I can send them the .psd and then i can learn from how its been done. Im read to put content in but I need to get the structure sorted out first.

Desperate for help thanks, im on msn if anyone wants to contact me that way to share the files, just let me know heer and ill reply with msn email address.

Many thansk in advance!!

Alright ... here's what I'd do

web-sliced.jpg

For the rollover stuff, I suggest using this technique - Pure CSS rollovers without Javascript

If, however, your menu on the side will ALWAYS been that size, then, I'd do this

web-sliced2.jpg

hide the menu item and slice the rounded box and put that as your background, then just add the menus on top ... still using the technique above.
