The reason your source is the same on every page is because you are using frames. The page is divided up into 2 frames - One for your left navigation and the other for your content on the right.

If you want to get rid of frames then you will need to work your navigation and your content into the same layout. If you don't know HTML very well and want to learn, there are plenty of websites that will teach your HTML - http://www.w3schools.com/ is a good one.

Alternatively if you don't want to learn HTML you could use a graphical editor to do most of the work for you. Popular editors are Dreamweaver and Frontpage.
