CSS Tutorials

I am new to all of this and I was wondering what site provides the best CSS tutorials or at least good ones.The simpler laid out it could be the better.

That's a tricky one. There's a sticky somewhere on this site with some beginner css resources. Go to html dog and check out the tutorials there. Then you could check here and here for some examples of css layouts. There is also quite a nice article here that might be a good read for you. Here is something more official from the World Wide Web Consortium.

And you could always ask here. Your best bet is to try out some different layouts and then start styling some text and links. A List Apart has some really nice articles on the more tricky stuff but you'd be better off not getting too caught up in all that just yet.

The http://w3school.com/ site is probably the best for simpleness. http://csszengarden.com is also a good resource for when you get the gist of CSS.
