Thank you for reading my question.
How owuld you go about creating a ASP page that uses a form that will direct persons who fill this form out to different pages depending on what form options they checked? I am also using CDOSYS email function in the ASP form to email the results of each form.

So if someone were to check Yes Sign Me Up, they would go to 1.asp, but if they did not check the Yes Sign Me Up box they would go to 2.asp.

Does this make sense?
