Exclamation Designing an EBAY store

Hi!

Has anyone had the experience of designing an EBAY storefront for someone? I have the opportunity to do so, but have never done it before. From what I can tell, I think I would need to be able to login to their account and set things up from there... Am I wrong about this? If I build the whole page myself, is there a way to find out what codes to put for the links to the items they have for sale and other ebay specific links? They might not mind giving me the password to login to their account, but it may also be a touchy subject... If I could avoid it, I think it would avoid any possible trust issues...

Thanks in advance!

Lisa

Re: Designing an EBAY store

Is there a fee involved in setting up an account yourself so you can have a look at the settings and options availible to you?

if not that would be your best shot.

Otherwise, either add the fee onto the bill for the whole job, or, get them to let you access the account, they can allways change the password once youve finished. Just make sure your contract stipulates how long you should have access for in order to complete the job.
