Everyone has their own favorite. Best thing is just look around and see what has the best features for a good price.
And setting up a webpage would be great. Not only do you get practise, but if you like you can post in the Critique forum. It is not as bad as it sound. Oher members take a look and can offer insght and suggestions for improvement if needed. And if it is already a Kicka** site, they will let you know that, also. Most of all just be involved and take what is most useful for you.
