Question: How can I create a link to open a pdf file?

Hi

Can anyone help;

I'm Building a Cd-rom and I need to put a pdf file onto the cd. I'd like for it to be possible to open the pdf in Acrobat when the user clicks a link from within the CD-Rom.

Is this possible on a Cd-rom?
And how can it be accomplished

Is the link in a flash movie? If so, do this.
Create a dynamic text field, make sure the HTML tags button is clicked, should have this on it , <>, After you highlight that text, above or near that button, there should be a link box, type the path to the PDF document and it should work!

Still having problems opening that pdf. I've done every thing like you said but it just opens my browser.

Does it have to have something in the 'Variables" or the 'Target' fields??
Or an instance name?

Someone else told me to add this in the same frame as a button(which would link to the pdf) on the 'actions' layer in the timeline:

But this did exactly the same thing.

Any ideas would be great.
