looking good, but i think you need to change some of the text, the stuff in ALL CAPS and all black is hard to read and abit blurry.

It's looking very good, clearly laid out and professional. However I think you need to tweak a few bits!

Firstly, when the site loads, the logo animates in and then it cuts straight to your layout. Some animation of the logo moving and the layout appearing smoothly would be a better way to go as long as you can accomplish this quickly and with a little style. Not only would this use flash in a nice way, but animations can guide the eye around the page, highlighting your name and slogan as well.

Secondly, the text at the very top looks just the same as your navigation. I suggest you make it look more like your company name and tagline instead and better still, move your navigation up there too, underneath it! People are used to having the navigation at the top.

Thirdly, the text. As Smokie said, the text is blurry. Flash has a problem with text - It uses anialising which blurs the text and can make a great design look terrible. You can get pixel fonts (a google search will yield some results) which, if set at absolute points in flash (whole integers) will look very crisp and clean, especially if you switch to low quality. Considering you aren't using any shapes created in flash, you could safely go to "low quality" and not lose out at all visually. Experiment and see what you think - If you get confused on this then ask me as I have some experience with Pixel fonts!

Fourthly - Your music. Music is not a bad thing, but you have left the visitor no way of turning the music off. The only way they have is to leave your site. That's bad. You also preload the music BEFORE the site loads. That's bad too. Instead, wait until the site is loaded and the user can browse and THEN load your music and play it when it is ready. It's a bit of extra coding but it gets your visitors to the site faster! I also noticed that the broadband version has audio, the lower doesn't. You could include it in both and make your entrance easier, just by doing what I've suggested. You would only need one entrance button! (your current ones are too small too!). Also, you say you are loading the same amount of data on both, which clearly isn't true.

Your back button, that appears when you visit a section - Do you need it? I think you should keep the navigation on screen at all times. Visitors shouldn't have to click more than they have to.
Also, you're using a pop-up window. Some people just don't like them. Many have pop-up blockers. You're not using much screen space so I suggest you integrate it into a standard page. You can put a box, sides, etc around it. I did this with my page (it used to load in a window) which you can see if you like.

You've got a nice looking logo (how did you do that? I'd like to know!) and a well laid out and well presented site which makes good use of flash and actionscript. If you can improve it just a little by doing what I've suggested then it'll be more accessable and look a little better too.

I like it. It is really cool. I would also like to know how you got that logo to look like that. I also like the links portion of your site. On my screen the text didn't look so blurry as mentioned above, but maybe thats because I am half blind in one eye. I liked the music although as Sirkent Previously mentioned an off switch would be A Great improvement. Your portfolio section doesnt work properly, or maybe you just havent finished it yet. I couldnt get the graphics portion to come up. Well, keep up the good designs.

Thank sof rhte comments, I'll work on it. Yep Kulegamr, Portfolio isnt finished.

Lol, I'm glad you like my logo! Im a beginer with photoshop so I just grabed a tutorial on eplastic. then i started experiemnting with layers, and bending mode, and i added a chrome filter and then but a blending mode on the top layer - just stuff like that. The reason I have a back button is because, you woudl have noticed, when you push a nav button, it goes into a sequencee to the next scene, aain, im new to flash and I don't know how to make it do the same thing, if its dooing it from a different scene, if you know what I mean

That font is ok with flash, but flash blurs fonts. The best thing to do is to use pixel fonts. If you want some help with that, then PM me and I'll throw some flash Pixel Fonts in your direction to experiment with.
It's not hugely important (you could just make your text slightly bigger and that would be fine) but if you ever plan to have dynamic content, etc then it's good to understand pixel fonts too.

If you go to a site such as 2advanced.com or ego7.net then you will see that all of the text is very crisp and not blurred despite being so small. That's because they are using pixel fonts!

As for your other worry of going from scene to scene... There is one very good way to overcome it. You have 2 short animations for each scene that brings the content/layout in and out. Then you have a variable called "nextscene". What you can do is, when someone clicks on a link, the current scene plays its "out" animation and when it reaches the end of that animation, it checks what "nextscene" is and then plays the corresponding "in" animation of that scene. I've used this before and it's a very nice trick. It's a little complicated but it means that you don't have to do a transition between each and every other scene, which would be a complete nightmare!

Beautiful. I don't see anything wrong with the fonts. I am using 1024x768 and even at 1600x1200 it looks alright, just a little hard to read, but most people as you know, don't frequently use that resolution. Nothing to critique! Its just perfect. I'm so glad to have met you. You are certainly have a talent for web design and a very open and creative mind. Good luck and I hope to see your future works!
