No experience to flyspeck.net but we do use contribute at work to edit cetain pages of a website where the content changes regularly. As mentioned above a template can be designed in Dreamweaver that has 'editable' regions. You client can then access the page using Contribute and edit the page and republish when the changes have been made.

We have it installed at work and just use FTP to login to the site/page we want to edit.
