Novice building flash site. Which program
I am a novice at website building, and I was wondering if there is a simple Flash program that has templets and gives a pro look that can play mpg video, sound and jpg imiages.

Well, I doubt you can find a professional looking template...
Simple flash program? Flash? Oh, do you mean like a template builder? Not without a little money, and the ones that are free are ether really crappy or demo versions of limited usage versions.
