Rounded Rectangle
Ok... fireworks pros..
I've got a rectangle and I used the rounded rectangle tool in Fireworks to give me a rounded rectangle. So far so good. The problem is I want the rounding to occur only on top, but not at the bottom. I want a semi-rounded rectangle. The top is curved but the bottom is not curved. Why do I want this? I am creating an Aqua like interface for my thinkquest submission and just want to top to be curved and bottom not to be curved as normal Mac OS X windows look like! If you still don't get my meaning, please refer to the source PNG. http://www34.brinkster.com/gwx04/templatelayout.png p.s: I can't stand photoshop anymore |

Ohh.. well I dont see why you would go to Fireworks from photoshop... I went the opposite direction. Lack of abilities, Consistent and perfectly timed Crashing, and Opening up other Macromedia programs randomly are a couple of the problems that I have with Fireworks, but hey, its just my experience. If it's this big of a deal to you to make it like that, why not just make a rounded rectangle, and then make one on the bottom a square and then flatten the layers.. That'll give you the Rounded effect on top and a square effect on bottom.

Oh yes... I could do that! I couldn't stand photoshop because I wasn't used to Adobe GUI. I am a macromedia fan anyways.
