Supernova Background

Hey guys,

I made this a week or two ago. I know it's all been done before, but I've never known how it's done so I gave it a try and I'm really pleased with the results. What do you guys think?

Took a while, lol! I'm still learning Photoshop so hopefully this will lead to bigger and better things.

And for everyone else out there who has photoshop and a little spare time... Learn and see what you can do. I'd love to see. The sooner we get some photoshop junkies out there the sooner we can start Photoshop Tennis, battles, etc.

For all of you not in the know:
<ul>[*]Photoshop Tennis is where an image is passed backwards and forwards between two people. In each "volley" a new layer is added to the image, with each new layer trying to outdo the last. When the match is complete, votes as cast as to who made the best volleys.
[*]Photoshop Battles are quite different. A moderator or chosen electee (?? sets rules, such as a theme, the size of the image and a deadline. All contenders (as there can be more than 2) then produce an image to that theme. Votes are then cast as to the winner.[/list]
Once you get some people who know their stuff in photoshop, this can become a very cool practice. Here's a recent high-profile tennis match:

Cool eh?

Anyways, back to the point: What do you think of my background? lol

I think it is a step in the right direction. LOL. Sorry, I had to say it, you know i had too. I think you did a good job, did you draw the whole thing? If you did, then I think it is very good. BTW what do you think of my banner?

This is my first ever good looking project on Adobe. I actually drew this one myself. I am proud of it, so please dont tell me it sucks!!!

Hey, Yeah, I made the whole thing. Started from a blank canvas. Nothing from anything outside photoshop was used.

That banner is pretty cool. You've done a nice little collage and made some nice looking text... You're getting better and quickly too!
